- Email address (when you subscribe to our list, contact us, or purchase a product)
- Payment information (processed securely by Gumroad — we never see or store your card details)
- License keys you enter to access Pro features
- Client scenario text you enter into our AI tools (see AI Tools section below)

- Pages visited and time spent on site

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies for analytics and to remember your preferences (such as dark mode). You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not function correctly.
AI Tools — How Your Input Is Used
Our AI tools (Coaching Question Generator, AI Session Planner, and future tools) send the text you enter to the Anthropic API to generate responses. Please be aware:
- Do not enter real client names, identifying information, or sensitive personal data into our AI tools.
- Text you submit is processed by Anthropic in accordance with Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
- We do not store the text you enter into AI tools on our servers. Inputs are sent to Anthropic and the response is returned to you in your browser session.
- We use the number of tool uses stored in your browser's local storage to enforce free trial limits. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us.
How We Use Your Information
- To deliver products and services you purchase
- To validate your license key and provide Pro access
- To send transactional emails (purchase receipts, license delivery)
- To send our email newsletter, if you've opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- To improve our tools and content based on usage patterns
- To comply with legal obligations
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Gumroad — our payment and product delivery platform. Purchases are subject to Gumroad's Privacy Policy.
- Anthropic — processes text you submit to our AI tools. Subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
- MailerLite — our email marketing and automation platform. If you subscribe to our list, your email is stored with MailerLite. Subject to MailerLite's Privacy Policy.
- Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.
- Affiliate partners — we use affiliate links on our site. Clicking these links may allow third parties to set cookies. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices.
