Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using CoachToolkit.ai ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

Use of the Site
You agree to use CoachToolkit.ai only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content from the Site
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access our AI tools beyond normal browsing
- Share, resell, or redistribute your Pro license key with others
- Attempt to circumvent trial limits or access controls
- Submit illegal, harmful, or abusive content into our AI tools
AI Tools — Acceptable Use
Our AI tools (Coaching Question Generator, AI Session Planner, and others) are intended to assist professional coaches in their practice. By using these tools, you agree that:
- You will not enter real client names or personally identifying information into the tools
- AI-generated content is a starting point for professional judgment, not a substitute for it
- You are responsible for reviewing and adapting any AI-generated output before using it with clients
- CoachToolkit.ai does not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or completeness of AI-generated responses
- You will not use our tools to generate content that is harmful, discriminatory, or unethical
Our tools use the Anthropic API. Use of these tools is also subject to Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy.
Purchases and Digital Products
Digital products (workbooks, templates, packs) are sold through Gumroad and are subject to Gumroad's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms.
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue accessing a product you purchased, contact us at hello@coachtoolkit.ai and we will make it right.
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own coaching practice. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share digital files with others
- Claim authorship of our materials
- Use our materials to create competing products
CoachToolkit Pro Membership
CoachToolkit Pro is a recurring monthly membership billed through Gumroad.
- Billing: Your membership renews monthly on the same date as your original purchase unless you cancel.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your Gumroad account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
- Early Access pricing: Members who subscribe before August 1, 2026 are locked in at the Early Access rate for as long as they maintain an active subscription. Cancellation forfeits the Early Access rate.
- Access: Pro access is tied to a license key delivered after purchase. Do not share your license key. We reserve the right to revoke access for misuse.
- Changes to membership: We may add, remove, or modify features included in Pro membership. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
Intellectual Property
All content on CoachToolkit.ai — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, tool designs, product files, and AI prompt frameworks — is the property of CoachToolkit.ai or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission, except as permitted by your product license.
Affiliate Links and Third-Party Content
CoachToolkit.ai contains affiliate links to third-party products and services. We earn a commission when you make a purchase through these links, at no additional cost to you. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites we link to.
Reviews and recommendations on this site reflect our honest opinions. Affiliate relationships do not influence editorial content.
Disclaimer of Warranties
CoachToolkit.ai is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
The AI tools on this site are not a substitute for professional coaching supervision, clinical judgment, or ethical guidance. Outputs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a given client situation. You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content in your practice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoachToolkit.ai and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, our tools, or our products — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of CoachToolkit.ai shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction where CoachToolkit.ai is headquartered.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
